How we cut your build time in half.
Two builds start the same week. Only one of them is finished by week 16. Traditional building is linear — you can't build the walls until the foundation is poured. We build in parallel.

From one-bedroom backyard homes to three-bedroom family homes, every ProG design is already engineered around the pod system — so what you see is what can actually be built.
Step 2
Check the package
Know exactly what's included.
Each home lists its layout, dimensions, inclusions and specifications up front — floor plans, finishes schedule and energy rating — so you can compare like for like before you talk to anyone.
Step 3
Enquire — tell us your site
Your block, your constraints, your timing.
Send an enquiry with the home you like and what you know about your land. If you're not sure whether a design fits, our land check will tell you in a couple of minutes.
Step 4
ProG scopes and prices it
Scope confirmed before hard pricing.
We review your site, confirm assumptions and follow up — hard pricing never appears before the scope is settled. Then our engineers model every millimetre in 3D BIM and manage the council approval process.
Step 5
The parallel phase
Maximum efficiency. Zero weather delays.
Two things happen at exactly the same time: on site, our crew clears the land, connects the underground utilities and installs the engineered footings; in the factory, your modules are framed, insulated, plumbed and wired in a dry, climate-controlled environment.
Step 6
Delivery & assembly
Watch your home arrive.
Your completed modules are transported to your property, craned into place and locked onto the engineered footings. Within days your home is fully assembled, weather-tight and structurally secured.
Step 7
Final finishes & handover
The perfect polish.
We connect the services — water, power, sewer — seamlessly patch the interior joints between modules, complete any exterior decking or landscaping, and walk you through a rigorous final quality-assurance check before handing over the keys.
