FAQ
Know what happens before you start.
A modular build still needs real project review. These answers explain how our homes are put together, what ProG checks before quoting, and which decisions affect your price.
How do I get a price?+
Send us an enquiry with your home and your site. We confirm the scope — site conditions, supplier inputs and regional requirements — and come back with your quote.
Why not show the price straight away?+
Showing a number before the home, inclusions, site and region are known creates false certainty. ProG's approach is to confirm the scope first, then price it.
Can you build a custom design?+
Yes. Our range covers most needs, but if you have a design in mind get in touch — we'll tell you honestly whether it suits the pod system before anyone spends money on it.
What is a pod?+
A pod is a functional block of the home, such as a kitchen, wet area, bedroom, master suite, living core, entry, laundry, storage, or flex room.
Does every design suit the pod system?+
Not always. Standard pods cover a lot of ground, but ProG still needs to review whether the design, services and site assumptions work before committing.
What site information should I prepare?+
Region, approximate address or suburb, slope or access notes, planning constraints, known services, and any existing architectural drawings are useful.
Can I change finishes later?+
Yes. Early finish selections guide your quote and its allowances. Detailed product choices can be refined after ProG reviews the project scope.
What happens after I enquire?+
ProG reviews your home selection, inclusions, site details and notes. A team member then follows up with the next suitable step.
